AutoMailed platform

Terms of service

Terms for using the AutoMailed platform and its connected business tools.

Last updated:

The service and its operator

AutoMailed is operated by LLC Swish, registration number 40203501541, Anninmuizas bulvaris 2B, Riga, LV-1067, Latvia. Contact info@automailed.com for service questions. These terms concern the AutoMailed platform, rather than a customer business's own store, goods or services.

AutoMailed provides workspace, messaging, website and development tools, AI assistance, and supported third-party connections. Availability depends on the configured feature, your permissions and the connected provider. A listed integration or a prepared task does not mean that a provider has approved your account, content or campaign.

Accounts and authorized use

Use accurate account and company information and protect your sign-in credentials. Connect only accounts, domains and resources that you are entitled to use. Administrators are responsible for the access they grant to workspace members and for the business instructions and permissions they configure.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights and lawful basis for contacts, email recipients, customer data, media, products and content you provide. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement, unlawful marketing, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass another user's permissions or a provider's restrictions.

AI assistance and external actions

Review generated content, factual claims, recipients, destinations, schedules and costs before authorizing external actions. AI output can contain mistakes. AutoMailed does not promise profitable businesses, advertising returns, supplier performance or any particular business result.

An approval covers the action and limits shown in its review. Changing those details can require renewed approval. Do not treat a draft, scheduled suggestion or connection as permission for unrelated actions. If an action's result cannot be confirmed, check the recorded result and the provider before attempting it again.

Third-party services and charges

Google, Meta, Microsoft, Stripe and other connected providers apply their own terms, eligibility checks and policies. They can reject, limit or discontinue access. AutoMailed cannot guarantee that every option in a provider's own interface is available through its API or implemented in AutoMailed.

Advertising spend is charged by the advertising provider to your connected advertising account. Provider charges and any AutoMailed subscription or usage charges are separate. Applicable prices, plan limits and payment conditions must be disclosed with your order or plan; these pages do not set a new subscription price or authorize an unrequested charge.

Your content and data

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize the processing and transmission needed for the features and actions you request, including use of configured hosting, AI and connected-service providers. Publicly published material can be viewed or copied by others. Keep copies of important content and records.

The privacy policy describes platform data handling. Disconnecting a connection does not delete content already sent or published, stop an existing advertising campaign, or erase every stored record. Use the data-deletion instructions to request removal of stored information.

Support, service changes and applicable rights

Contact info@automailed.com to report a problem, discuss account closure or ask about your plan. Access can be restricted to address unauthorized activity, security incidents, legal requirements or provider restrictions. Maintenance and changes can affect availability; these terms do not establish an uptime guarantee.

Nothing on this page excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any separately agreed service, payment or data-processing terms continue to apply to their stated subject. We will identify material changes to these terms through the service or your account contact details.
